Every property, from a tiny apartment to a large building, has its own potential to be transformed into a contemporary, functional and inspired accommodation. In some cases just a few subtle adjustments can be sufficient for a metamorphosis, other projects need a more fundamental approach. Depending on the objective, the budget and the use of the property, various creative solutions are possible.

Dorine Mesland is a multi functional designer with a passion for transformations and metamorphoses.
"I greatly enjoy to transform a space into a home that perfectly suits its owner and to find surprising alternatives and improvements to bring out the true quality and character of a property. Besides revitalizing existing buildings I translate dreams and wishes, big and small, into an appealing new built house, within the constraints of the location. If requested I can complete a project with a complete interior design by furnishing and decorating it in multi various styles. I started studying Architecture at the Technical University of Delft in 1989 and completed a specialization in interior architecture in 2025. Since 1998 I have designed numerous villas, interiors, renovations, residential buildings and resort layouts in France and the Netherlands. I speak Dutch, French and English.
