•  in case of the refunctioning or renovation of an existing building:

  • plans of the present layout 
  • plans of the present architecture

Design

• workout the program of requirements with the client
•  one or more layout options
• 3D models with one or more proposals for the volume,  architectural elements and materials

Building application

• all plans and forms for the building application, if demanded in cooperation with an architect
