- survey and measurements of the existing property
- one or more layout proposals
- one or more proposals for the architectural adjustments with 3D images
- detailed plans with dimensions including floor-map, facades and intersection
- the document for the building application, if required in cooperation with an architect

- if appropriate, bespoke furniture
